Making Your Selection

The Bookstore is divided into six sections. These are:

Books
Bibles
Music
DVDs
Gifts
Software

Select the section you wish to browse and use the various sub-menus provided to further define your search. Each section contains a search facility that enables you to find specific items or item types from Word's extensive range of Christian resources.

Using the Search Facilities

There are two different levels of searching the Word Bookstore. At the first level you can search by keyword or product catalogue number.

Keyword - finds items with keyword(s) in the title or description of item

Product Catalogue Number - finds the item with a particular Word product catalogue number

The second level search is using the general search facility in each section. To do this, select either 'book search', 'music search', 'video search', 'gift search' or 'software search' from the top menu bar of the relevant section. The general search is divided into a number of different searches:

General Search - enables you to search by category, subject, keyword, title, author or publisher

Number Search - enables you to search by International Standard Book Number, Special Post Code Number, Under Post Logic Number.

Catalogue Search - enables you to search by the name of a catalogue, keyword or catalogue number

Further tips for using the Search Facility:

It is not necessary to fill in every field. Enter one or more keywords to search all fields. /li>
Use no more than four keywords. Omit common words like 'the', 'and', 'of'.
Be sure to check your spelling. If you have any doubts, it is better to leave the word out altogether.
If searching by author, enter the author's surname only. If you add the first initial, leave no spaces before and after the comma: eg Smith,B .
If you specify more than one field, the search will only produce results that match each specification. eg. if you select a category to search and enter a keyword, the search will only find items in that particular category matching that particular keyword.

Your Shopping Trolley

Once you have found an item that you are interested in, you can choose to review more details or place it in your shopping trolley. Your shopping trolley is where you place items before preceding to the checkout. To review the contents of your trolley, select the 'Shopping Trolley' option from the menu at the top of each page.

You can change the quantity of an item contained in your trolley, or delete it altogether, at any time. To order the items in your trolley select the 'Checkout' button. Search again for other items by selecting one of the search options.

Direct Orders

You can directly order items from the shopping trolley page if you know any one of the following for an item you wish to purchase:

ISBN (books only)

SPCN (books only)
Simply enter the details in one of these fields and select the 'Update Order' button.

Shipping Rates

Word can deliver to you anywhere in the world. All freight charges are in Australia dollars and as follows:

	$125 and over	Freight Free

In New Zealand:	Add 20% to the value of your order (Minimum freight $10.00)

Other Overseas:	Add 30% to the value of your order (Minimum freight $10.00)

PLEASE NOTE: (For orders shipped in Australia)
The suppliable value of your order must be over $125 to receive free postage. Products marked "special order" will attract a nominal postage and handling charge of $4.95 per product ordered when they arrive and are supplied separately, irrespective of order value. This contributes toward cost of international airfreight and delivery to your address.
Backorders for product advertised in current Word Bookstore catalogues will be supplied post free when they do become available. You will be advised if any item has sold out.
Freight will be charged on new release items ordered with other goods but supplied separately on release date Top
