Shopping at Word has never been easier with our online bookstore.
It has never been safer either, with our Secure Socket Layer (SSL) equipped
server.
The following guide has be provided to ensure that shopping at the Word
Bookstore is a simple and rewarding experience.
Making Your Selection
The Bookstore is divided into eight sections. These are:
- Books
- Academic
- Bibles
- Music
- DVDs
- Gifts
- WORD4Kids
- Software
Select the section you wish to browse and use the various sub-menus provided to
further define your search. Each section contains a search facility that
enables you to find specific items or item types from Word's extensive range of
Christian resources.

Using the Search Facilities
There are two different ways of searching our site.
- Use the red Search box at the top of every page. This will search on the
Title, Author/Artist and Product Description, and will usually find what you
need. You can also type in an ISBN or UPC code.
Products are ranked according to their popularity and availability.
You will notice that when you move your mouse over the search box, a grey box
pops up below it. This allows you to search for a specific product code (as found
in our catalogues) or for a song title. It also allows you to filter your results
down to a single category, such as Books or Music, or to show only newly-released
items.

at the bottom of the grey popup box described above, or click here
Tips on how to use this page are on the page itself, but basically it provides
you with tools to narrow down your search and find what you're looking for.
Your Shopping Trolley
Once you have found an item that you are interested in, you can
choose to review more details or place it in your shopping trolley. Your
shopping trolley is where you place items before preceding to the checkout. To
review the contents of your trolley, select the 'Shopping Trolley' option from
the menu at the top of each page.
You can change the quantity of an item contained in your trolley,
or delete it altogether, at any time. To order the items in your trolley select
the 'Checkout' button. Search again for other items by selecting one of the
search options.

Direct Orders
You can directly order items from the shopping trolley page if
you know any one of the following for an item you wish to purchase:

ISBN (books only)
UPC
SPCN (books only)
Simply enter the details in one of these fields and select the 'Update Order'
button.

The suppliable value of your order must be over $125 to receive free postage.
Products marked "special order" will attract a nominal postage and handling
charge of $4.95 per product ordered when they arrive and are supplied
separately, irrespective of order value. This contributes toward cost of
international airfreight and delivery to your address.
Backorders for product advertised in current Word Bookstore catalogues will be
supplied post free when they do become available. You will be advised if any
item has sold out.
Freight will be charged on new release items ordered with other goods but

and secure process. All personal and electronic information transferred is
encrypted to ensure that it cannot be read by a third party. Word uses Secure
Socket Layer (SSL) technology to protect the integrity of these information
transfers, making shopping with Word completely safe.

If you prefer to send your order and payment details via
facsimile or traditional mail, you can do so using the
Printable Order
