Introducing the popular Word Card Program only available at WORD Bookstore. It provides a great way for you to earn bonus points when shopping at WORD.

This is how it works. Every dollar you spend on normal price paid purchases at WORD will attract one point. Products charged to an account or products receiving a discount will not attract WORD Card Points. Once you have accumulated 300 points you may claim a $10 credit which can be used against new purchases at WORD.

Points are awarded instantly. As soon as you have accumulated 300 points you can use your $10 credit. There is no qualifying period, and points are valid for 2 years from date of individual purchase. Points are only available for use in multiples of 300 and must be used in their entirety.

Membership of the WORD Card program is FREE, and you can easily apply online to join the program. You will be advised via email of your WORD Card member number once your application is processed.

When ordering online, be sure to log in and complete your order using your WORD Card number, or if purchasing instore, present your WORD Card at the beginning of every transaction. Alternatively, if you decided to purchase via mail, email, phone or fax, please advise us of your Word card membership number to ensure that you receive your WORD Card points.

Word Card points can only be used against the purchase of additional products. They are not redeemable for cash or as credit to pay for goods already purchased. Products purchased with points must be at full price and are not eligible for discount.

Products purchased by mail order using points will attract the normal postage and handling charges.

Items that are not eligible for WORD Card points are purchases made from WORD Café, gift vouchers, lay-by's and postage on mail orders. Members of the Family CD & Tape Club please note that WORD Card points cannot be used in conjunction with Club points.

Your WORD Card Points balance will be displayed on your WORD Bookstore docket or invoices sent with mail orders. You can also view your points balance by using the 'My Account' feature of our website
