What is eAudio? eAudio is a book that is in spoken form, which you listen to on your computer or one of many portable devices, including the iPhone, iPad and iPod. WORD is now offering hundreds of eAudio titles for sale through our online store.
 
Getting Started with eAudio


All you need to get started with buying and listening to eAudio from WORD is a free WORD Account (click here to sign up if you don't have one already), along with a computer running Windows Media Player or iTunes, or an iPhone, iPad or iPod. You can use iTunes on PC or Mac to transfer your eAudio book on to your iPad, iPhone or iPod. You can also listen to your eAudio books on any mp3 player.


 
Shopping for eAudio


Shopping for eAudio books has been made simple at WORD! Books can be bought online via our website with a valid credit card. To find eAudio titles on our website, simply choose 'eAudio' from the search bar and enter your book title, or click the 'eAudio' tab and you can browse by Best Sellers, New Releases, Catalogue or by Category.

 
Purchasing eAudio


Purchasing eAudio titles at Word is simple. Once you have found the eAudio book you want to purchase, just click the 'Buy Now' button on the page. If you haven't logged in with your WORD Account, you will need to then do this. If you then have your credit card details stored on your account, simply click 'Confirm' to proceed, or else enter your payment details.

 
Downloading your eAudio


Once you have purchased an eAudio book, it will instantly appear in your Library. Simply click the 'Account' button at the top of WORD's web page, and click 'My Library', then click on 'eAudio' to see your eAudio books. You will be able to download the book from by clicking on it and saving it to your computer. You can choose to save the book as either an mp3 or m4b file. mp3 can be used on a wide variety of devices, whereas m4b is specifically for use with iTunes and iPhone, iPad or iPod.


 
Listening to your eAudio


Once downloaded, you can listen to your eAudio book offline on your computer using Windows Media Player (PC) or iTunes (Mac & PC). They can also be transferred to your iPhone/iPad/iPod or MP3 player. If you downloaded your eAudio book as an .m4b file, your book will appear in the book section of iTunes, so that once it's transferred to your iPhone, iPad or iPod, it will appear as an Audio book. Audio books play like an mp3 with the ability to browse by Chapter and alter the reading speed.
